Just jorkin it Troop A PORTSMOUTH, N.H. – The New Hampshire State Police is seeking potential additional victims of a man arrested after committing indecent acts in view of other drivers on Interstate 95.  At 2:34 p.m. on Monday, November 24, 2025, State Troopers assigned to the Troop A barracks responded to a report of a man performing a sex act on himself while driving on I-95 northbound in Portsmouth.  Troopers responded and identified the man as Jonathan Ma, 27, of Portsmouth. Following further investigation, Troopers obtained a warrant for Ma’s arrest, and on Saturday, Jan. 10, 2026, they took him into custody at a home in Portsmouth.
