3 weeks without caffeine so far - apart from a single energy drink I had on a hike
alcohol as well - clinked glasses with my family a few times during the holidays, and went out with coworkers twice last week
nicotine as well - I felt too tired for the last few working days so I'm currently going through an old puck of used snus pouches of mine, therefore they're extremely weak but actually have an effect on me now
weed as well - that was very easy since I didn't have it with me during the holidays. now it just sits there in a jar, content
I wouldn't say things have improved a lot. falling asleep still takes effort, and I keep waking up during the night just to get out of bed feeling low on energy. the veil of tiredness is still there and I didn't magically become less reclusive or more eager to do whatever I should be doing, but I definitely feel more stable day to day, and maybe a wee bit less "depressed". I'll stick to this for the foreseeable future
