I certainly do think it will be interesting to watch how many Republicans who refused to sign the petition end up voting to release the files when it comes to the floor to cover their asses back home. I will guess 5-10.
All @Senator Roger Wicker does is write strongly worded letters to the admin. He’s weak and useless. Congress has abdicated all responsibility and oversight to an all powerful executive because Republican committee chairs are all afraid of Trump. Trump first, Constitution last.
I remember the good old days when Secretaries of Defense didn’t insert themselves unsolicited into domestic politics on a daily basis. Not what the job is supposed to be about.
I don’t think people should engage in violence and vandalism and I don’t think federal agents should provoke people to engage in violence and vandalism. Too many law enforcement officers sworn to protect and serve now look and act like they are in Fallujah.
They’re not going to release the Epstein files, are they?
One explanation for Howard Lutnick is that he’s a Deep State mole sent in to intentionally sabotage the Trump admin. Because it’s hard for me to believe that he actually believes any of the BS he’s peddling, and everything he does hurts Trump.
