Met with my former housing staff today. When she shared that she had to strip search men, it was like she was shrinking as she was talking. What she experienced is exactly what I said was going to happen. She, much like the athletes, and like the female prisoners, are all being dehumanized, devalued, and degraded. This movement has never been about equality. This is about supremacy and if women donβt stand shoulder to shoulder and fight this we will be erased.
