For breakfast, Iโm having two eggs with shredded cheese, a banana, and black coffee. Itโs raining heavily here in Bangladesh, and Iโm sending rainyday greetings to everyone.

Winter is here, but this year nature feels different. Usually, in our region, winter begins in October, fades in February, and lingers lightly into March. But now, in January, thereโs fog and icy winds, yet somehow, our bodies are sweating too. Maybe weโve harmed nature too much, broken its balance so deeply that now, no matter how much we want to, we canโt fix it.
I canโt help but wonder what this summer will bring for us.
Itโs been a long time since I wrote here. Today, I felt like sharing a few lines. My workload feels endless, and my body is tired. Still, I try to keep my mind strong and avoid falling back into old traumas.
Little by little, I feel like Iโm moving past my sadness and pain. I try to think positively, even though some days are exhausting. But Iโm still holding on, still okay. Writing feels healing somehow. Whether anyone reads this or not, these words are here for me.
For those who read this, take my love.
