Having trouble ignoring the opinions of others? TRY THIS!
Break them down into smaller groups. First, try not caring about the opinions of anybody who is dead. Turns out, they're DEAD and they don't have opinions, you have memories of their opinions, so that should be an easy one to start with.
Then try the opinions of groups that are esoteric to you, say, left-handed Geminiis who were born in Sussex. Fuck those guys!
Keep adding more opinions to ignore, until you get to J. R. "Bob" Dobbs.
A forest is one thing ("a forest") made of many things. A forest is trees living and dead, healthy and diseased; plants on the trees, on the ground, under the ground; animals and insects everywhere; light, water, heat, cold, wind... all working together (in time) and not working together (multiple agendas).
A forest is my model for what the mind is. Not a computer with programs. Not a steam engine with pressures. Not a building with departments.

To add a file to archive . org requires an email address.
To remove a file requires legal name, ID, phone number, more. There is no public policy as to who at archive has access to that private information, how it is used, how long retained, if it is sold, if it is given to governments, etc. I prefer to think theyβre good stewards, but a public policy would be a comfort.
That private information has been breeched and is expected to be leaked.
