#asknostr: I have an iPhone 6S that not even Apple will give me £5 for. An option is to sell it to an independent shop, however, I read it @Seth For Privacy's book that one should not resell electronics that had once contained personal data. I have erased all contents and settings twice though. Does this change anything? Destruction option is on the table.
Books are the most undervalued assets in the world. Learn ONE thing to apply to life. Worth 1000x return. I recently finished reading "The Oxygen Advantage", recommended by @ZabAkbar on X. I already had a BOLT score of 40+ plus stopped mouth breathing during my teens. I'm now 28. Still, I have taken immense value and started applying everything the moment I learnt it. I already see benefits that I thought I would not see as top BOLT score. I say is the best book on health I have read. Easy, to the point, packed with advice, and fun.
Cybersecurity and online privacy resemble health and fitness in one aspect. Namely, the weaker the foundation, the harder and longer it is to catch-up. In other words, if you have been careless for years through bad habits and malpractices, it is going to take real time and effort to undo the damage, establish good habits and practices, and get to a good point.
