Had the MRI this morning, for the back operation. 35 minutes inside the infernal machine. I was all good until around minute 28 or so when my brain decided that I couldn't swallow (and I needed to). That gave me a sudden urge to sit up, and you can't really be doing that trapped inside a metal tube. I fought it and stayed calm but it wasn't fun. A ridiculous edge of panic threatened. I used to approach this stuff with much more casual relaxation, I don't know what's happened to me lately.

Nearly accidentally put moisturiser on my toothbrush this morning. What would've happened? My teeth and mouth are already moist. What if I'd inadvertently moistened them further? Moisture overload? I'm already at maximum moist in there. Thoroughly soggy in there to be fair. 😬
