Human beings are social creatures thet usually require interactions with others, and one of the cruelest punishments imaginable is solitary confinement in prison. A non-violent offender who at most should have been charged with a misdemeanor and given probation only, may it not be lost on anyone that politics transferred into the prison apparatus also.
