This is leftover salmon skin for our dog. He's old, doesn't digest raw meat and fat well lately, so I quickly fry or cook meaty leftovers before feeding him.
And I must explicitly tell my husband "DON'T EAT IT, IT'S COOLING DOWN FOR THE DOG." Every time.
