Video from the family of the person shot by ICE this evening. The Spanish translation is correct (per my Spanish). They called 911 begging the police for help, before ICE shot into the house and wounded the man.

When he reached his home, he ran inside. An agent then opened fired toward the house, hitting him in the leg.
Let’s be clear about what that means.
Law enforcement is not allowed to use lethal force just because someone runs.
Law enforcement is not allowed to fire toward an occupied home.
Law enforcement is not allowed to seize someone inside their home without a judicial warrant, absent extremely narrow circumstances.
This shot was fired in the direction of a house with children inside.
This was not a split-second traffic stop.
This was not an imminent threat to anyone inside that home.
If families are calling the police because federal agents are firing toward their house, the question isn’t whether this is normal. The question is how much longer the government will keep violating the Constitution before someone else is killed."
