I’ve been in dark places recently. I didn’t know if I was gonna make it through the holidays. Lots of depression, anxiety, and drinking. Man, did I need a lift. And I got it. My lovely friend @npub17zla...2sc9 visited us in Portland. We met for vegan food and uplifting conversation. She also brought her rad friend @npub1fd2l...f2f9 who I met for the first time at lunch. ICE keeps taking kidnapping people I know, or that my family knows in Minneapolis. Today they took the father of my great niece’s boyfriend for no reason. The mom and two boys are afraid they’re next. This couple has been together for over 30 years. Now she doesn’t know where her husband even is. Imagine that. How are we gonna stop this? I was doing some research. Apparently the average funeral only has about 10–50 attendees. I had a hard time coming up with 20 people I thought would actually attend my funeral. I made a list of people I want to be invited to mine. I hope they will come. I don’t want my funeral to be lonely. #MentalHealth
