You've never seen such a sight in your life. Scientists transformed ordinary mice into fierce predators using a technique called Optogenetics, where they control neurons with light (blue light here) When the light was OFF, the mice were calm, even avoiding prey But with the blue light ON? They aggressively attacked and even beheaded crickets & bit hard on toy prey. If a beam of blue light can switch aggression on and off in a mammal, Imagine what unfiltered blue light from your screens is doing to you.
LED lights are making us sick, blind & quietly wrecking our hormones. It's time we switch back to Sunlight, Candles & Incandescent bulbs. Yes, LEDs are super energy-efficient, upto 95% more efficient than incandescent bulbs but have you ever thought what exactly are we trading for those savings? Is saving a few dollar off your electricity bill really worth messing with your circadian rhythm, your mood, your sleep & your hormones? Blue light isn’t the villain when it comes from the sun because nature never gives it alone. It’s always wrapped inside a full spectrum of wavelengths that keep your body balanced. In isolation from all the other colors, blue light damages our retinas & disrupts our endocrine systems, resulting in physical and mental problems. Cool LED bulbs emit more blue light than warm LED bulbs because of the high color temperature But the label “WARM” can be deceptive. Warm LEDs give out a warmer “looking” light because the blue light is masked with a yellow or orange filter, but they DO NOT emit a RED wavelength. When you’re shopping for bulbs, Check the Color Rendering Index (CRI). Sunlight is the gold standard with a CRI of 100 and so are incandescent bulbs & candles. If you have to go with LED lights, choose ones with a CRI as close to 100 as possible. Pay attention to flickering because many LEDs tend to have a high flicker rate. Also, keep in mind those electromagnetic fields (nnEMF) All LEDs emit high dirty electricity that rides along your wiring and leaks into your living space as invisible electrical noise. Most people never think about it but your nervous system absolutely does. This constant background stress chips away at your sleep quality, your recovery, your focus & your overall resilience. And unlike the sun or a candle, LEDs offer zero biological upside to counter the stress they introduce. No INFRARED. No Deep RED. No warmth that feeds your Mitochondria. Just raw, isolated blue packaged inside an electronic device that radiates electrical noise while flickering thousands of times per second. We traded biological safety for efficiency & we’re paying for it with our health. So the next time someone tells you LEDs are “THE FUTURE” Remember this.. Nature already designed the perfect lighting system. It rises every morning and sets every evening. Everything else is an imitation that your body has to fight against. Choose the light that supports you. Your hormones, eyes, sleep, metabolism & mood depend on it. Sun, Fire & Incandescent. There is NO other alternative. image

Airplanes are PEAK TOXIC environment. Below readings were taken by Eric Windheim while flying on Boeing 747 MAX8 using an oscilloscope plugged into the airplane's power socket. Look at the massive levels of Dirty Electricity (high-frequency voltage transients) riding on the aircraft’s power system, with harmonics reaching beyond 90 KHz This isn’t just MINOR ELECTRICAL NOISE. The waveforms show intense modulation patterns, likely caused by switch-mode power supplies (SMPS), Inverters, LED lighting & onboard WiFi systems. All this in ADDITION to EMFs from RADAR, avionics, in-flight Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, passenger devices. No wonder people feel so drained after flying. But the problem goes deeper than just the readings. What makes this reading even more concerning is the physical environment of the aircraft itself. An airplane is essentially a hollow aluminum tube, a conductive enclosure. In Physics, this acts as a Faraday Cage. It blocks signals from getting in, but it also traps signals inside. With 200+ people using cellphones & Bluetooth, plus the plane's industrial WiFi, the radiation has nowhere to go. It just bounces off the walls and zaps you from every angle. Another thing most people don't realize that aircraft electrical systems don't run on the standard 50/60Hz grid we use on the ground. They run on 400 Hz to save weight on parts. This higher frequency baseline is already more biologically active than ground current. Add in those dirty spikes from the readings above and you have a chaotic electrical soup. So If you plug your laptop or cellphone into the seat, you are physically connecting yourself to that Dirty electricity. You have been warned.
