Tsunami sirens sound earlier in Hokkaido, Northern Japan.

Tsunami waves have arrived on the coast of Eastern Japan.

Massive traffic congestion is being reported across Hawaii as both residents and tourists rush to evacuate coastal zones ahead of expected tsunami waves. Authorities warn that waves between 3 and 12 feet could strike around 7:00 PM HST.

The Tsunami Watch issued for the U.S. and Canadian West Coast has now been elevated to a Tsunami Advisory. Meanwhile, a Tsunami Warning remains in effect for portions of Alaska’s Aleutian Islands.

The United States Geological Survey (USGS) has upgraded the powerful earthquake off the coast of Russia’s Kamchatka Peninsula from a magnitude 8.7 to a magnitude 8.8.

Tsunami waves exceeding 3 meters above normal tide levels are possible along the coasts of Ecuador and Russia, while waves between 1 and 3 meters could impact the shores of Chile, Hawaii, Japan, and the Solomon Islands.

Millions have been urged to evacuate coastal regions across Eastern Japan.

The Sinaloa Cartel is said to be operating in fear under the Trump administration, with smuggling operations grinding to a halt amid a sharp increase in Border Patrol and National Guard activity. “The business has taken a serious hit,” one source reported.

Waves estimated at 3 to 4 meters in height have reportedly hit Russia’s Kamchatka Peninsula in the Far East.
