10+ years as a loyal CitizenM customer, staying with them every second week for the past three years, all down the drain after the Marriott acquisition.
My CitizenM account is gone. My 20+ bookings until July next year are still valid but don’t appear in my Marriott account. I can’t modify or cancel them. Support can’t link the bookings to my Marriott account because a credit card is missing, but I can’t add one because I can’t access the bookings.
CitizenM was great. Marriott is a shitshow.
