After almost 2 years at @Mastodon, it’s time to say my thank yous & goodbye ❤️
Since Jan 2023, we’ve nearly tripled our team, hiring 8 brilliant humans out of 1,510 applicants(!). I’m proud to leave this legacy behind.
From #hiring to #culture, #fundraising to donor comms, it’s been an honour building the backbone of this project!
Thank you, team, for this crazy ride — I’ll be cheering for you all from afar and have no doubt you'll accomplish everything you've set out to do! 🐘💫
