Roots need the dark to grow. If you keep pulling them up to show the world how big they are, they just dry out. Don't be afraid to go quiet for a while. Keep your family life close and let those roots get deep. That’s where the real strength comes from.
This is a great solution to add to the nostr ecosystem! Many amazing things about this project - integrating nostr music players, privacy for health analytics and achievements, building community around healthy habits. Great presentation today during the @nosfabrica meeting! Very impressive and motiving. I can see the nostr community eating this up and a good introduction to non-nostr users to onboard and get familiar with tech sovereignty. 🏃🏻
