I found this episode extremely interesting. I don’t understand a few subtleties, I think, but the general topic of the funding model of the web ecosystem, and the particular topic of repercussions of the DOJ requests in the Google antitrust case are fascinating, + there’s so much at stake. I feel there’s a way to systemically approach funding of what Alex Moore calls “the Commons”, so that it’s not “tragic”, but I can’t grasp it.
