Week highlights: new @Blender 🔶, RapidRAW, Gradia, Sigil, and Hydrogen releases; new @darktable UI prototypes.
TBH, there were four RapidRAW releases last week, all with new features. The developer says he uses AI for development. Do whatever you like with this information. I don't know anything anymore :)

On a separate note, picking artworks for the dedicated section of weeklies has become challenging. There isn't a ton of polished work to begin with (I look through hundreds every time), and then many artworks that look polished turn out to be AI-generated according to online tests.
The worst part is that, at least for text, AI detection is unreliable. I recently tested one such service by feeding it content that was knowingly human-written, and got "75-92% AI-generated" in results.
Somewhat belatedly, week highlights: new release of RawTherapee, new features in @GIMP, new apps for screenshot annotation (Gradia) and film photography (Filmbook)
Is any popcorn company traded publicly? I feel like I need to go all in. Then he realizes he effed up and blames the freedesktop team for using "unclear wording"
Week highlights: new releases of Sigil (EPUB editor), @PipeWire Project, Qtractor, and Millisecond; new features in @GIMP (text outline direction choice, option for theme-dependent brush previews)

You probably know the developer from their GNOME extension to manage PipeWire's samplerate and buffer size :)
