#writersCoffeeClub: Share a tool of your trade. A small (3x5in) paper pad and a pen. I don't trust my memory, so I use it to write down ideas, movie/TV/book recommendations, things to look up, reminders for things I promise people I will do, things people say, and so on. Corollary: all my clothing must have pockets in which to carry them.
