We are absolutely terrified of the "void"βthat quiet stillness where nothing is happening.
But that void is exactly where ours brains process emotions, consolidate memories, and spark #creativity.
By constantly filling every second with external stimulation, we are overstimulating our dopamine receptors.
The result?
Real #life starts to feel "boring" and "gray." That's where the brain fog and lack of motivation come from.
We aren't a machine that needs to be "fed" data 24/7/365.
We need mental white-space.
True rest isn't just switching from work-screens to entertainment-screens.
True rest is the absence of input.
