As I seem to need to make this clear: I did not ask for anyone to send me their "recommendations" on how to use bitcoin P2P.

I wouldn't know. They don't explain anything just notice to withdraw and then shut down the account.
I just asked bitfinex if they allow deposits from Whirpool and after thinking for a few days they said no.
When a regulated exchange gets an inquiry like that, the default and sensible answer is: No.
You could be a fed after all.
Yeah tbf its not their fault. Its the regulations/guidance that is the problem.
Good point. I guess one can go ahead and try, and then ask for forgiveness rather than permission
