Exactly. A Nostr app is a fundamentally different thing compared to TikTok or youtube or Twitter. Can't market it the same way and we should embrace that fact. We should not seek to emulate their hyper attention grabbing incentives and structure because it will end horribly.
Need to think in terms of programming different incentives and priming new users for new outlook. Push them into the direction where they don't want to be a normie anymore. Help them feel good about owning their shit in cyber.
