I think localsend requires wifi, but allows you send send apks.

yes, would be cool for a bitchat user to tap "send bitchat" and drop it onto another device without it, like an airdrop but a "bitdrop"
Maybe you can share an apk another way from a phone to another phone but may be simple for not techy user to share the app when you can't download it in a grid down.
