Well, I have some people that stop following me...no blood pressure, just curiosity why, because at some point we did interact. Like @Gigi for example and Source (can't add him with @)

It's usually a client error, but sure sometimes it's real. It's just easy/natural to feel judged, but there are many possible reasons, and we shouldn't confuse "follows" with friends anyway imo. Or even liking someone for that matter
