War in Ukraine . I'm not sure how i could love war ....

For parents, it might help to realize that if anything from before your children were born had changed, then your children would not exist. That puts a hard cap on the amount that you can wish things had been different.

What kind of bollox advice is that?

Doesn't apply to real tragedies... Losing a loved one is not something you'll "learn to love".
