To the extend that most libertarianism is just ungoverned leftists unleashed. Right wing libertarians, previously called classical liberals, do see the need for some limited governance mechanism to put down pedophiles, rapers, violent criminals, and defend lands and it's people from outsiders. The commonality is cementing private property ownership at the expense of an unlimited expansive government.
