This is not totally true. In some African countries the Internet is monitored heavily. Trying to use certain Bitcoin services creates connectivity problems. Communication is also heavily monitored by State apparatus which makes open communication practically impossible. Sim registration just adds to the problems. I would like more people to give clear examples of how it's done in restrictive Countries without making users targets.

There’s a deep truth here that censorship resistant freedom tech doesn’t magical fix anything. It doesn’t make you free.
