oh lawd! I would be open to doing some ground habanero in place of the cayenne next time... I am officially out of seasoning now so I need to start planning any recipe mods for this next round... I would love to see your process with a coffee blend - when I did it I took everything out too early but the coffee mix one had less heat per piece due to the ratio. I don't know what all went into the mild but it is delicious! Terrific product! ✊
