g-d willing i will be able to move into the Orlando home in just over 2 weeks ( once it closes )
a certain somebody didn't reply to my DM and he has previously said he wouldn't be able to make it at least in the near future so i have started looking for "room mates" ( tenants ) to rent out a part of the house to.
i call them room mates because i don't know if the HOA allows this kind of renting but i was told by realtors that if i say it's my "room mate" ( in other words we live together, rather than i am renting to them ) then HOA basically has to accept it.
the first site i tried was a scam ( roommates.com ) they have ONE STAR rating on trustpilot. i almost paid money but then i was like - wait, why am i paying for something that should be free ? then turns out they have fake accounts on there and you have to pay to message them and blah blah - anyway i deleted my account there. didn't pay obviously.
somebody recommended that fucking roommates.com site on reddit so i thought it was legit ... but clearly reddit only deletes conservatives, not scammers promoting their scams.
anyway so now i am trying a different site that has 4 stars on trustpilot and ... there are some women there looking for rooms, including fuckable ones, but i am not looking for a GF. so i tried looking at guys my age and ... two of them in a row are both DIVORCING.
what are the odds ... it's a fucking pandemic !
