During his life, Luciano Pavarotti held quite a few charitable concerns. This footage is from a 2001 event when he sang, together with Tom Jones, "Delilah". This specific event was dedicated to raising funds for the Palestinian kids.

“Pavarotti & friends” serie of benefits concerts (Modena 1993 - 2003) - Fantastic! I’ve been there.
But 2001 was for the benefit of Afghanistan refugees, as far as I know.
