Instead of asking, “How can I make more money?” I think the better question is: “How can I provide more value with the things I’m already good at?” I think that last part is important - each of us has unique skills and talents, and we can contribute something meaningful to others. Taking a moment to reflect on what you do, what you enjoy, and how it can create value for others can completely reorient your approach. When we focus on providing value first, rather than chasing money, we naturally build a better world - and in the process, rewards tend to follow. It’s a simple shift in intent, but one that has a big impact.
