I was reading that a lot of this contradicts what the actual written guidelines are... I think doing this pyramid, but with more emphasis on fish / lean protein vs red meat, is probably what's best for "most people"...
Yes, I think your doing great by exchanging animal protein with plant protein. I mean: the biggest animals are plant eatersโ€ฆwe donโ€™t need to eat animals or their derivates to be healthy and strong ๐Ÿ’š As raw vegan my pyramid looks a bit different: First fruits and veggies, then sprouts, seeds and nuts, then a little bit of sprouted oat, cacao, dates ๐Ÿš€
