Data point I wish I could access out of pure curiosity: what is the breakdown of iOS vs Android users among people who shop at specific stores? What's the breakdown for Walmart customers? How does that compare to Target? How about McDonalds vs Sweetgreen? The these ratios close or do they vary a ton?
Digging what Bluesky and Threads are trying with quote posts. Bluesky just rolled out the ability to unlink your post from someone else who quoted it. Threads lets you decide at time of posting who is allowed to reply and quote. Not sure how Mastodon is handling this in 4.3 when I think quotes are becoming official, but hopefully something better than Twitter.
