I have *no* time to do this, but serious question, who would actually be up for using or helping with a community-driven hard fork of #Rails? I doubt the #RailsFoundation will do anything, TBH. Can we show some willing? Boosts welcome for wide community input.
This is a very very good point. Coding in most languages is free (hardware notwithstanding), and with open source we truly own the means of production. The push for AI and vibe coding is straight up enclosure.

I have no reason for doing this other than "I can". It's going to be absolute dogshit on the tabletop, for sure.

I think the "running a matrix homeserver" part is done ish, but the "making the caddy proxy connect to the conduit docker swarm service" part is what's screwing me up. Yes, this is a self-inflicted problem once again.
