BREAKING: New audit reveals that MN Dept of Health (DHS) employees have been fabricating documents to cover for their mismanagement of taxpayer-funded grants issued to health providers.
One example shows a DHS employee issuing a $675,000 grant to a company without gathering any info on services they provide. The employee then LEFT the DHS to become a paid consultant for that same company.
