@fiatjaf @Derek Ross sorry if this is a dumb question, and I don't mean to create a hell thread with this so I'm not tagging every NOSTR dev out there, but is there any way to create temporal optionality on reposts?
Like, if I see someone just posted something, their post is already at or near the top of the chronological NOSTR feed. If I repost their post right away, it's just going to duplicate the post near the top of the chronological NOSTR feed. That's kind of redundant. As new posts are posted, the OP and my repost will drift down the NOSTR river, together, away from the top of the feed and away from NOSTR users' viewing eyes.
If I wanted to "repost in 30 minutes", for example, the OP would have drifted down the river by then and my delayed repost would create a fresh instance of presence for the note being reposted. The fresh instance of presence would be sufficiently separated, chronologically speaking, from the OP that is being reposted.
