Should Nosta profiles show your Cashu wallet (the balance would only be shown to you)? Or the Cashu mints that someone uses, which could be helpful for discovery?

There's now a dedicated screen for editing your relays on Nosta ( this first version is likely too complicated). You can see various statistics for the connection, so you can make a good decision on whether to keep or remove a relay. Quite a few relays have silently disappeared. This is invisible to users, but does affect them. Ideally, clients can automatically help connect to reliable relays that work best for how someone interacts across the network. Not an easy task to solve. It will take some iteration to get it right, and the features related to this on Nosta will likely be a bit of a construction site for some time.

It may happen that there are different versions of your profile, follow list, or relay list are out there. On Nosta, you can now easily clean up by republish the version you prefer. Go to your profile, click the "...", then "View profile data". There's a bunch of new functionality in Nosta right now and the code may not be 100% solid yet. Better to get it out a little early and iterate. Please share your feedback so we can fix things up pronto.
