🥛✨ First Batch of Homemade Yogurt!
We finally made our own yogurt at home, and it was way easier than we thought! Using just milk and a bit of store-bought yogurt with live cultures, we whipped up a full 4L batch—and it turned out so creamy and good.
Here’s how we did it:
1️⃣ Heat 4L of whole milk to about 180°F (just below boiling)
2️⃣ Cool it down to around 110°F
3️⃣ Stir in 4–6 tablespoons of plain yogurt with active cultures
4️⃣ Pour it into jars, cover, and keep warm for 6–12 hours (we used the oven with the light on!)
5️⃣ Chill in the fridge, and boom—homemade yogurt!
