The NHS is becoming more DEI oriented and unusable by the day. It's a disgusting purposefully destruction of what made it useful. We need to end NHS worship

Rupert Lowe MP I hear from an increasing number of NHS staff who are absolutely exasperated with certain foreign staff - under-qualified and very often unable to speak English to the required standard. They feel unable to raise concerns with woke hospital leadership. This is a scandal. Of course there are foreign professionals who are exceptional medics, and contribute to our hospitals. They should be welcomed, but it is abundantly clear that we have imported thousands and thousands of individuals who do NOT meet the required standards. Especially when we have our own medics struggling to get work, and British youngsters unable to study medicine because of outdated caps on medical school places. The system is broken - absolutely, entirely, comprehensively broken. NHS staff morale is at rock bottom, and it certainly does not help that they are having to carry foreign staff who should not be working in our hospitals. This is not racist. This is a fact.

Danny Finkelstein has spent the last two weeks calling me a Nazi for asking why the English can't be protected by their state in the same way that Jews are in Israel. Danny can't sustain a double standard that says, "Israel must exist to keep Jews safe, and it works, but you can't have that."
