It's also wise to speedily eradicate the presence of all internationalist organizations in Lebanon, including the Red Cross, the WHO, the United Nations, the IMF, the World Bank, et cetera.

The information suggests that a group of American officers, accompanied by three female officers believed to be Israeli, arrived in vehicles bearing Red Cross plates in the Jurd area of the town of Aakoura, near the town of Yimounah, a few days before the kidnapping of Shaker.
โข The information indicated that a helicopter arrived at the American embassy's airstrip in Awkar, and on board was a detainee who was taken off the helicopter blindfolded.
