Developers who make E2E tooling: "You really should do testing. E2E tests are very important."
Also developers who make E2E tooling: "Hahaha lets make these things as flaky as possible."
(I understand this is probably not the devs fault and possibly even my own but yeugh this is horrible)
there's a pretty defeatist aura around pretty much everything these days, so perhaps it isnt too surprising. however, i still find it mind boggling that so many people have seemingly lost the will to believe in change, in an outcome that doesnt have to be like the past.
