Look, I'm not one to quickly believe in conspiracy theories about us attacking Venezuela on a made up provocation to distract from the Epstein files, but the timing of all this is not helping me convince myself that it's not true.

I see this argument made all the time and it's embarrassing for CCDH to keep making it, because it's a lie. Section 230, what they're talking about, does not give anyone a "get out of jail free" card. It simply puts the liability on the party who actually engaged in the violative behavior.

Not even acknowledging the fact that she was convicted under state laws, not federal, and thus a Presidential pardon is meaningless, and then making even a laughable, minimal effort to try to refute that argument is, well... a choice.
