Maybe I'm crazy, but I'm not sure "keeping kids safe at the beach" is the equivalent of "keeping kids safe on the internet" and it makes me concerned when a government regulator is using that as the analogy they're focusing on.
There is so much dumb in this, but remember when the GOP flipped out with the (misleading) claim that the IRS was targeting conservative groups and their tax exempt status? And now it's official WH policy for the IRS to target "left" leaning groups in that way.
