This is an embarrassing misunderstanding of Murthy, which DID NOT green light the FCC's actions at all, and in fact *reinforced* the idea that coercion over speech is not allowed.
It just said you had to actually have standing to make that claim, and the plaintiffs there didn't.

He made the Albania mistake elsewhere recently as well (and his latest target, Seth Meyers, mocked him for confusing Albania and Armenia). Now he's still making that mistake and pushing to get Meyers canceled.
