Perkins Coie was one of the first law firms Trump when after and is regularly (if misleadingly) called the favorite law firm of the Democratic party. Why are they caving to this bad faith bullshit?

This may be true, but I will note that the one thing that does seem to get the NY Times lawyers really super excited is when someone files a bullshit defamation lawsuit against them. I hope they hit back against this. Florida does have an anti-SAPP law, though it's a weird one.
