My experience with state elected officials in Sacramento is almost universally negative to the point that I'm amazed the state functions at all. But would love to see if @Chris Kluwe can change that...

Regular reminder, for every time he tweets something like this, ABC and NBC don't pay for broadcast licenses. Their affiliates do (yes, they each own some affiliates, but most affiliates are independent).
Also saying you'll lose a license based on editorial choices is so very much a 1A violation

The problem with every one of these kinds of hypos is if you *don't explain the actual theory of change* that makes "if you do this, that will happen" work, the entire hypo is meaningless.
It makes it sound like you just want an excuse to justify doing the thing in the hypo in the first place.
