Fiat standard started in 1971 - 53 years ago. Most people alive never experienced the pseudo gold standard of the pre-1971 era. And noone alive experienced true sound money. Yet many fiat folks stubbornly talk about the intrinsic value and speculative nature of #bitcoin. Funny.

Have you read official statements from SEC's people regarding the #bitcoin    ETF approval? Seems like quite a diverse bunch of opinions. Ranging from absolute distancing from the approval to distancing from not approving it years ago... 🤯 Basically Gary says they did it just because of the court order. Hester Pierce said it should have been approved a long time ago to avoid this circus. Caroline Crenshaw distances herself from the decision and views it as down right bad and Mark Uyeda is somewhere in between.
