Governments should hand out pamphlets warning about the rise of fascism and how to work against it just like - checks notes - the U.S. did in WWII. This time, though, they’d be warning against the U.S. I’ve read about this before, but surfacing it via Heather Cox Richardson today. They even warned about psychological warfare via language used.

The top story on the website of Italy’s Repubblica is on ICE killing Renee Good & says the administration appears to be lying about it. And in Spain’s La Vanguardia, the headline says Good was shot point blank (a quemarropas). The article describes the video as devastating and says it looks nothing like the version given by Noem & Trump, that she in no way appeared to try to harm officers.
