Eight weeks ago I started a five minute walk-fit type routine at home. I moved up to 10 minutes two weeks later. One week after that I went to 15. I moved to a 30 minute, one mile indoor routine three weeks ago. My endurance has improved but my weight hasn’t budged. Not sure about tone. I assume my diet is blowing any potential weight/size reduction. I need to pay better attention to it. I also want to add an additional 30 minutes some point in the day. #grownostr #gm #wv #usa

Good morning all y'all! Not light enough to tend poultry just yet. All house critters have food, not all have eaten it. LOL Got my allergy shots yesterday. Picked up Bob the dog's allergy meds.
